Where should I ask for feedbacks about web design? [closed]

Where can I get my website critiqued

I am developing my personal website and I'd like to have feedbacks about its design.

Is there any site/forum you would recommend me?

I know that the best solution would be to hire a professional web designer and have him design my website, but I am also interested in understanding how to improve my design skills.

Of course any recommended book, website, resource is more than welcome.

I am not posting here the link to my home page because I think this Q/A site is more about web-development in general, but if you'd like to see my personal page and give some feedback I'll link it.
